Cancellation Policy

*Please read the policy before booking* Rescheduling/Late arrivals/No Call no shows *ALL appointments must be cancelled 24 hrs hours in ADVANCE. Please contact tech to reschedule. *Please reach out to the tech if you are going to be late to verify if you need to reschedule. *Unless discussed with tech, appointments will be automatically cancelled if the client is not present up to15 minutes after the scheduled time. *Fills and full sets cost the same because prep time is the same to prevent pop offs, lifting and ensure great retention. *Repeated NO CALL NO SHOW appointments may result in denial of future service. Nail Issues *The tech cannot verify how each client takes care of their nails, therefore, The tech cannot give any guarantees; however, she will gladly fix any issues within 1-3 business days of your service. Any repairs afterward will be $5 per nail. *If you have a missing nail, need a cut down, experiencing lifting, need a soak off etc, please add it onto the nail appointment. *Please do not show up expecting extra services without booking the add-on. The appointment may be rescheduled. Nail Designs *Note that there are basic nail art designs and premium nail designs. Premium nail designs require more time and there is an additional charge. *Please text or email all design ideas to the tech at least 48 hrs before the appointment or the tech will assume you want a freestyle design of her choice. House Rules *This is an in home private salon, therefore extra guests are not permitted unless serviced. Contact tech before your appointment with any concerns about guests.
